| 摘 要： | 网络环境下的信息服务手段、服务内容及信息获取方式等领域的一系列变化，给图书馆参考咨询服务工作的传统工作方式带来了巨大的冲击。本文就网络环境下高校图书馆参考咨询工作面临的问题，对网络环境下高校图书馆参考咨询服务进行了一些探索。
