| 摘 要： | 高校后勤社会化改革给大学生公寓管理带来了新的机遇与挑战。因此 ,改制后的后勤部门应当坚持以人为本 ,服务管理与思想教育并重 ,积极主动地协助学校有关职能部门共同做好大学生公寓管理工作。

| Abstract: | The socialized reform of logistics in universities brings new opportunities and challenges to the management of students' apartments. Therefore,logistics sections after reform should insist on the principal of being human-oriented,and should pay attention both to service management and moral education. It should actively coordinate relevant departments to manage students' apartments as well as possible. |
