| 摘 要： | 本文通过文献资料法、调查法,对如何优化普通高校太极拳选修课教学进行研究。认为:优化太极拳教学必须从学生的认知需求出发,以大学生学习兴趣为导向,加强对太极拳健身、健心、修身等理论的讲授;采取深入浅出的,突出重点的教学方式;结合教学内容,灵活选用多种辅助教学手段。

| Abstract: | Establish the taijiquan elective course in regular institution of univercity,be strengthen the college student studying interest,cutting down obstacle in the learning process,we must optimize taijiquan teaching.Think:Optimize teaching should set off from student's cognition need,take the college student studies interest as guiding,reinforce instructiong to taijiquan theory such as strenthening body,being good for the heart,cultivating mental character:Adopt the way explaining profound theories in simple lanuage,laying stress on the key points in teaching;Select and use the various auxiliary teaching means combining with content of courses nimbly. |
