| 摘 要： | 针对高速数字电路印刷电路板的板级信号完整性，分析了IBIS模型在板级信号完整性分析中的作用。利用ADS仿真软件，采用电磁仿真建模和电路瞬态仿真测试了某个实际电路版图，给出了实际分析结果。

| Abstract: | Aiming at board-level signal integrity in high-speed digital circuit,we give the analysis about the IBIS model in board-level Signal Integrity. ADS software is applied to build the EM simulation model and execute the transient simulation about a PCB board. The analysis about the test result is given in the end. |
