| 摘 要： | 侦查讯问是指刑事诉讼中侦查人员对犯罪嫌疑人的讯问。它是一项法定的侦查行为，是刑事诉讼中一项由公权力主导的侦查措施，是一种经常性的调查手段。对其制度的构建，对完善司法制度、规范傀查行为、刑事案件侦破、保障犯罪嫌疑人的合法权益等有着重要意义。本文拟通过。
