| 摘 要： | 通过泉州地区城镇劳动力资源状况、就业状况和失业状况的分析,探索目前城镇劳动力资源配置中存在的主要问题,提出完善劳动力市场、建立就业服务体系、加快发展第三产业、提高劳动者素质和职业技能等思路和建议,以期缓解目前出现的就业压力和就业矛盾,保障社会经济的和谐健康发展。

| Abstract: | Through the analysis of the labor resources and the state of employment and unployment of Quanzhou,the article explores the main problems existing in the labor resource allocation in towns and suggests to improve the labor market,set up the employment service system,accelerate the development of tertiary industry,improve the quality of workers and vocational skills,so as to ease the pressure and contradiction of employment and protect the healthy development of the socio-economic harmony. |
