| 摘 要： | 把学校纪律的性质看作是一种约柬、控制，将其功能定位于规限、管理，是学校纪律问题产生的根源。学校纪律的落脚点不在学生的现时，而在学生的未来，所以学校纪律的本性不在规限与管理而是教育与发展．是要通过培养学生的纪律精神实现学生的成功入世。
