| 摘 要： | 东西方人由于生活在不同的文化背景之中具有不同的思维方式,而这种思维方式的差异对法律英语的翻译具有很大的影响,主要体现在用词、句型结构、时态语态和篇章结构方面,所以应当在翻译法律文献时注意思维方式的转换,以便能更好地传达原文的信息。

| Abstract: | Owing to living in different culture, there are great differences form of thinking between Chinese and Western form of thinking and this kind of differences has much effect on translation of legal documents., for example, Vocabulary, the structure of sentences and the essay as well as the Tense or Voice. Therefore, the changing of form of thinking from one to another should be paid more attention in order to pass on the original information more clearly. |
