| 摘 要： | 随着《新课标》的实施，小学教育的改革正逐步推进和发展，师范学校必须采取切实有效的措施，提高师范生的从师从教技能。它主要包括：（1）加强理论学习，学习《新课标》要求，掌握《教学法》知识；（2）培养高尚师德转变教与学的观念；（3）从实践入手，将教学过程作为操作技能的学习途径，把课堂学习工作训练技能的场所。

| Abstract: | With the implementation of NEC, the basic education reform in primary schools has gradually achieved its development. The teaher＇s college should take practical and effective measures to improve the students teaching skills from the following aspects：firstly,strengthening the theoretical knowledge,understanding the requiremets of NEC, and having a good command of teaching methodology;secondly,cultivating the students＇ moral character and transforming the concept of teaching and learning;thirdly,taking teaching process as a way to learn operative skills and regarding classroom learning as the skill training. |
