| 摘 要： | 大学人文教育效果如何直接影响大学生人格、气质的形成？高校教育者应在高校人文氛围的营造上、人文课程的设置上、教师人文知识的培训上以及教师教学和考核方式上，进行适当的改革和创新。这样，大学人文课程才能发挥其培养学生自由精神，形成独立人格的作用。
