| 摘 要： | 市场竞争使现代企业的创新活动已由独立创新发展为合作创新。选择理想的创新合作成员是企业创新绩效及企业持续发展的关键。考虑到创新合作成员选择的影响因素及其评价指标之间存在着复杂的依赖与反馈关系，本文应用网络分析法（ANP）给出了基于网络关系判断信息的企业创新合作成员选择方法。最后，通过一个实例验证了该方法的可行性和合理性。
