| Abstract: | The developing process of news communication media from newspapers, broadcast, TV to new type of internet, is the result which has been promoted by social development. At the same time, the developing process of news communication media has tightly followed the different ages, and accords with the cultural development. As a result, the development of news communication media showed the characteristics of cultural development. |
