| 摘 要： | 我国现行“体教结合”模式存在诸多问题.从宏观层面看,体育部门与教育部门的结合存在竞技体育与学校教育目标取向不同的观念问题,两个系统之间不协调的体制问题,不同受益主体需求冲突的实践问题;从中观层面看,竞技体育与体育部门各级学校的结合存在文化教育质量不高、目标单一和生源萎缩的问题,与教育部门各级学校的结合存在小学、中学与大学后备人才培养缺乏连贯性的问题;从微观层面看,运动员的学训结合存在重“训”轻“学”、缺乏有效的运动员学习管理制度问题.

| Abstract: | Lot of problems exist in the current Chinese mode of combination of physical education with education. Inspecting from the macroscopic level, the combination of two departments bring about such problems as different notions of goal orientation for competitive sports and school education, uncoordinated system problems between the two departments and practical problems of demand conflicts among different beneficiaries. Inspecting from the medi- um level, the combination of competitive sports with schools at all levels in physical education department leads to low cultural education quality, unitary target and students shrinking while the combination of competitive sports with schools at all levels in education department presents the lack of consistency in the cultivation of talents in reserve from primary schools, middle schools and universities. Inspecting from the micro level, the combination of sportsmen＇s learning with training pays more attention to training than learning and lacks effective management sys- tem for sportsmen＇s learning. |
