| 摘 要： | 21世纪，人类社会面临知识经济信息网络化的急剧变革，使得我国高校图书馆的管理模式也正在发生重大变革。高校义务馆员管理中心应运而生，它创建了一套崭新的管理机制、人才资源的激励机制。文章主要围绕高校图书馆义务馆员的管理体制、模式，其实现技术以及人性化服务中人员的管理和激励作一深入探讨。参考文献1。
