| 摘 要： | 本文首先回顾了多语现象带给人类的种种不便,计算机网络的出现使得这一古老的问题更加突出,为解决这一问题,本文简要介绍了一种基于网络的机器翻译系统DLT(分布式诘言翻译系统),考虑到这一系统的复杂性和FAHQ在近期内是难以实现的,作者提出了一种基于国际语学中通用语法概念的网络语言通讯方法。

| Abstract: | Thes author looks back various inconvenience which was carried to the people by the multi-lingustic phenomenon, this old issue is more prominent when the computer network is appeared. In order to solve this problem, the DLT system of machine translantion based upon network (distributed system of language translation) is introduced briefly in this paper. Considring the complex of this system, and FAHQ is difficult to implement in recent period the author suggests a method for network language based upon the common concept of grammar in international linguistics. |
