| 摘 要： | 文章运用逻辑分析等方法对太极拳学习过程中普遍存在的学生兴趣不高,学习意识薄弱,学习效果不佳等问题进行了分析,对提高学生学习太极拳的兴趣和学习意识,培养和提高太极拳的学习意识途径进行了教学研究探讨,以提高高校太极拳教学效果,从而对高校体育课程太极拳教学改革起到推动作用。

| Abstract: | Through the logical analysis, the paper analyzes some problems, such as students having low study interests to Taijiquan, their study consciousness to be weak, study effects being not so good, etc, which appear in the process of studying Taijiquan. Then, the paper study these problems and probes some new ways of teaching Taijiquan in order to stimulate students study interests, to nurture and raise their study consciousness, and to improve the teaching effects of Taijiquan, which are very beneficial to the reform of college P.E. class teaching. |
