| 摘 要： | 高校图书馆是传播科技化知识信息的重要窗口。具有引导大学生树立创新意识和创新精神,培养大学生获取知识和创新能力的强大功能。要在科学发展观的指导下,不断加强高校图书馆的软硬件建设,尤其是管理队伍和献资源建设,以期更为有效地培养创新人才服务。
