| 摘 要： | 人的社会化与现代化，既是对人才培养标准提出的新要求，同时也对榆神明建设的组织实施提出了新任务。它要求精神明建设自身进行必要的创新和改革。精神明建设委在建设体系、建设结构与建设动力上努力实现社会化，在思想观念、实现目标与内容、形式上努力实现现代化。
