摘    要:在校本课程的开发中,教师应具有主体观、全面观、发展观和基础观等教育理念及相应的素质;研究型教师培训模式是培养教师校本课程开发能力的重要途径;教师在校本课程开发的实践中可促进其专业发展,提升这种培训的价值。

Abstract:When developing the school-based curriculum, teachers should have the subject view, the comprehensire views, the development views and basic view.They also need some corresponding qualilies.Research-based training is animportant way to improve the teachers' ability of developing the school-based curriculum.During the developing practice, teachers can be accelerated on professional development, which makes the research-based training more valuable.
