| Abstract: | When developing the school-based curriculum, teachers should have the subject view, the comprehensire views, the development views and basic view.They also need some corresponding qualilies.Research-based training is animportant way to improve the teachers' ability of developing the school-based curriculum.During the developing practice, teachers can be accelerated on professional development, which makes the research-based training more valuable. |
