| 摘 要： | 太阳能供电是一种解决草原无电户用电难的有力措施,但是实践中缺乏有效的管理.本文针对太阳能供电可持续所面临的设备管理、废弃物回收以及资金管理等难题,提出并探讨可持续的太阳能供电服务管理模式.首先探讨太阳能发电设备的运行维护和检修管理策略；然后构建逆向物流下的废旧部件的回收、处置模式和策略；最后讨论资金流的运作管理. |
