| 摘 要： | 观察、咨询和分析结果发现,毕业生在实习中,存在课前教案设计能力不足,教学形式呆板,难以调动学生的积极性,处理突发性事件能力差,开展活动形式不够多样等。因此建议:增加术科课时和教学观摩的机会,开展多种多样教学活动,注重积累实际教学经验。

| Abstract: | The sport majors have some problems.Their ability of designing the teaching plan is weak.The forms given a class are not active.They can't motivate the pupil's enthusiasm for the class.Their ability to treat the accident is weak.They can't organize the diversification activities.So we suggest that the students add more time to exercise and view and stimulate the classes which is given by the high school teachers to accumulate the experience of teaching. |
