| 摘 要： | 商业秘密的保护问题随着我国市场经济体制的逐步完善越来越显得重要,实践和理论界对此问题的反思颇多。本文从商业秘密的含义入手,详尽分析了我因商业秘密的概念、保护商业秘密的意义以及我国立法对商业秘密的保护现状,最后提出了有效保护商业秘密的立法建议。
