能力本位与工学结合:精品课程建设的原则与实践

摘    要:高职精品课程建设,应以能力本位作为课程体系构建的核心问题,根据人才能力结构将课程体系设计为专业理论课程、职业技能训练课程和综合素质培育课程。课程建设实践中,应以工学结合为基本原则,实现课程设置市场化,课程内容能力化,课程实施项目化,课程建设开放化,素质课程立体化,基础课程职业化,实践课程重点化,课程建设精品化。

Abstract:The construction of top-ranking curriculum in higher vocational education should take competency-based as the core problem of curriculum system construction, and divide curriculum system into specialty theory curriculum, vocational skills training curriculum and comprehensive quality cultivation curriculum according to the competency structure of talent. The practice of curriculum construction should take the combination of industry with learning as the basic principle and try to achieve marketization of curriculum setup, competency of curriculum content, programming of curriculum implementation, openness of curriculum construction, muhi-dimensionality of quality curriculum, vocationalization of basic curriculum, emphasis of practice curriculum and top-ranking quality of curriculum construction.
