| 摘 要： | 从目前的艺术体操国际评分规则来看，个人项目在完成难度数量上，都超过了规则规定的满分（５分）要求，这种封项的现象，很难客观的反映出运动员在完成难度数量方面能力的大小。四种难度动作级别中，Ｂ难度仍是单个难度的基础，联合难度则以Ｄ难度连接为 趋势，身体运作类型复杂化，与器械使用的多样化，便成为当今个人项目难度价值方面追求创新的更高层次。

| Abstract: | In current scoring rules,the top point exceeds the full mark (5 points) in the difficult degrees of individual events,which creates some difficulty in judging gymnasts' concerning abilities.Among the four difficulty actions,difficulty B is still the basis of single difficulty degrees while the combined difficulty D is the trend.The complicatedness of body movements and the varieties of apparatus have become the higher level for the individual difficulty values. |
