| 摘 要： | 综合运用各类调查法对甘肃、青海、新疆、宁夏、四川（区）的２７个教育行政部门及１１９所民族地区学校的体育教育现状及发展前景进行了调查，旨在为民放地区学校体育的健康发展提供科学依据。结果显示：西北少数民族地区学校体育还处在一个非常落后的阶段，低于全国欠发达地区地平均水平，近些年来发展缓慢，在实际运动中存在不少问题。主要原因是文化经济滞后，交通不便，信息闭塞、宗教意识浓厚，缺乏思想观念的转变等，课题就此

| Abstract: | On the survey of P.E. education situation and development prospe ct from 27 educational adiministrations and 119 minority areas, it provides the scientific accordance for the school P.E. development. The result shows that sch ool P.E. with some problems in practice is still backward ,lower than the average level.The main reason lies in poor culture and economy , inco nvenient transportation,out-dated information, strong sense of religion and lack of the transformation of ideology.On the basis of this, the article puts forwar d some countermeasures to make them better. |
