| 摘 要： | 文章在查阅文献资料的基础上，以文化学为理论支撑，从历史维度和社会哲学的视角，对我国民族传统体育的概念与文化学基础进行探讨。研究认为民族传统体育是指某一个或几个特定的民族在一定范围内开展的，具有浓厚民族文化色彩和特征的传统体育活动，正确认识民族传统体育的概念及其赖以生存的文化学基础，这不仅能让世人见证它辉煌的过去，利于发掘其蕴含在肢体运动背后的文化价值，同时也是传承民族文化、保护民族体育、建构我国非物质文化遗产保护体系的有效途径。

| Abstract: | Based on the literature material, on the basis of the support from culture theory, from the historical dimension and the social philosophy perspective, the paper discusses the concept and culture foundation of Chinese national tradition sports. The study finds that the national traditional sports refer to the sports developed by one or more specific nations in a certain range, have strong national culture color and characteristics. The correct understanding of the traditional ethnic sports culture concept and survival foundation, can not only let the world witness its glorious past, to discover its contain in the body movement behind the cultural value, and at the same time also is inheriting the national culture, protect the national sports, construct Chinese intangible cultural heritage protection system in effective way. |
