| Abstract: | Along with the deepening of higher education reform in our country, trade union work in colleges and universities is facing many new questions. In order to solve these problems and give full play to the functions of trade unions, this paper elaborates the characteristics and current situations of the trade union work in colleges and universities under the new situation, and put forward some countermeasures and suggestions on strengthening this work. |
