| 摘 要： | 校长的素质关系到学校的兴衰。当前人们对中小学校长素质的关注多局限在校长的行政管理方面,而忽视了其他一些重要的方面。著名教育家苏霍姆林斯基关于“如何做校长”有独到而精辟的观点。当前不应忽视三种校长素质:正确的教育思想、笃深的职业情感和深厚的学术涵养。只有在提高中小学校长行政管理素质的同时,也注重提高他们上述三种素质,才能充分、全面、有效地发挥校长职能的作用,推动中小学校教育工作的进展。

| Abstract: | Nowadays the public concern about the qualities of the principals of the primary and secondary schools is mostly confined to the aspect of their administration.However,there are some other important aspects.This paper tries to cite the prominent Sukhomlinskii's viewpoint on "how to be a principal" to discuss the three qualities of a principal which should not be neglected currently.They are: correct education ideas,sincere and deep professional affection and profound academic ability.Finally,it proposes that only when great attention is paid to improving the principal's three qualities mentioned above as well as to enhancing their administration quality,can the principal's role be fully,comprehensively and effectively played to impel the education work progress in the primary and secondary schools. |
