| 摘 要： | 警察擒敌拳是警察强身健体、防身自卫的一种套路武技演练形式,是警察须要娴熟掌握和运用的徒手格斗技能的基本功。擒敌拳整套动作简洁、架高势小、刚劲有力、自然实用,突显了手脚并用、拳打脚踢、摔擒合一的技击法。擒敌拳演练方式讲求动作的攻防结合、打练结合,具有对抗性的技击特点。习练者若能领悟了动作的涵义则能一势多用,力战四门(前、后、左、右四个方向),用之有效;反之,若不知其所以然,即便演练也只能是形似擒敌拳,用之似虚招。

| Abstract: | Police Qindiequan is a set of drills of martial arts for police to build their body and defense themselves.It is the essential technique of bare-handed combat skills which the police should skillfully master and employ.Qindiequan has a set of simple movements,with high but small posture,vigorous and forceful,natural and practical,especially with techniques of using hands and feet at the same time,cuffs and kicks together,tumbling and seizing.This kind of drills are characterized by confronting skillful attacks,focusing on a combination of attacking and defensing,fighting and practicing.If the exercisers can grasp the implication of the movements,they can use one posture in a variety of ways and meet the attacks from all directions(in front,behind,on the right and left) forcefully and successfully.Otherwise,if they know nothing about it,they can only take the form of Qindiequan and use empty movements. |
