| 摘 要： | 文章通过介绍国外公共图书馆在建筑设计,服务手段上如何体现人文关怀的实例,阐述了把图书馆构建成市民的“大邻居”的人文理念,即在帮助市民及时获得知识信息的同时增进人文交流,做市民的好邻居,使市民在图书馆休闲娱乐,享受健康生活。文章还对比国外公共图书馆成功经验,指出中国公共图书馆实际存在的问题：经费来源差距导致发展受限;图书馆分布不均凸显资源分配失衡;服务意识淡薄,阻碍图书馆人性化发展。对中国公共图书馆的未来提出了构想：坚持以人为本的思想,在服务手段上力求创新,为市民提供贴心的人文关怀。

| Abstract: | By making an introduction to the design and service models of the foreign public libraries,this article expounds the humane concept to construct ＂Big Neighbor＂,namely help city people obtain knowledge information and promote the intercourses among them.Being a good neighbor,library should provide the city people with a space for recreation and entertainment and let them enjoy a healthy life.The article presents the successful experience of the foreign libraries,points out the existing problems in Chinese libraries,the limitations caused by the deficiency of funds,the unbalance in resources allocation in Chinese libraries,the lack of service consciousness of librarians and the obstacles to the individualized development.The author puts forward some contemplations to build public libraries in the days to come： adhering humanism,seeking for innovation in service models,and showing humane care to the city people. |
