| Abstract: | The right of digitalization refers to the specialized right enjoyed by copyright owner and circumjacent right in law circumstances of digital copyright protection. The utilization of E-journal production of copyright works is restricted by the copyright, and varied methods of the right of digitalization that should be used according to different copyright condition of works are probably made. |
