| 摘 要： | 随着改革开放,我国经济实力加强,全球化趋势日益明显,全球法律国际化。因此,我国对法律英语的复合型人才的需求也日益增强,这使高等院校的法律英语教学有了更高的目标与要求。本文从法律英语的定义入手,指出了法律英语教学中存在的主要问题,并提出了相应的改革与发展的对策。

| Abstract: | Since the Reform and Opening-up policy,China’s economic strength has been ever demonstrating.Globalization and Law Internationalization are becoming obvious phenomena.Therefore,over-all legal talents are on an ever increasing demand,and accordingly,teaching objectives and standards for Legal English in higher learning institutes are raised.In this research paper,starting from the definition of Legal English,issues in teaching process and possible solutions have been raised. |
