摘    要:随着社会的发展和语言文化交流的进一步深入,传统大学英语教学已不能完全满足新形势下的需求。文章以关联理论为基础,从认知论的角度,提出大学英语第二课堂活动的创建和设计,主要从英语学习氛围营建和职场拓展两方面进行设计,同时结合学习效果评估,将学生课上课下的英语学习有效结合起来,创建对大学英语教学具有重要意义的第二课堂活动体系,最终体现学生的以"学习为中心"。

Abstract:With the development of society and language, and with the further cultural exchanges, the traditional College English teaching has not ful y meet the needs of new situation. based on the relevance theory, from the perspective of cognitive theory, this article put forward suggestions to create and design the College English second classroom activities, mainly from two aspects of English learning environment construction and professional development to carry on the design, combining with the study effect evaluation at the same time, created the second classroom activity system for College English teaching, ultimately reflect"learning-centered".
