| 摘 要： | 近年来,随着我国大学英语教学改革的不断深入,大学英语教师发展问题也受到越来越多的关注。本文从团队合作的视角为高校大学英语教师发展提供思路。教师之间的团队合作是促进教师发展的一种重要途径,团队合作有利于课堂教学质量的提高,也有助于大学英语教师自身专业素质及科研能力的提升。大学英语教师团队合作,应根据教师自身的特点,组建各种特色教学团队,培养团队成员的综合素质,保障教师团队有效运行的激励机制。

| Abstract: | In recent years, the college English teaching reform continuous develop in our country, the problem of college English teachers＇ development also causes more and more attention. This article from the perspective of teamwork, offer a thought for development of the college English teachers. Teachers＇ team cooperation is an important way to promote the development of the teachers, team cooperation was beneficial to the improvement of the quality of classroom teaching, also help improve College English teachers＇ professional quality and ability of the scientific research. College English teachers＇ team, should according to the characteristics of the teachers themselves, to form a variety of specialty teaching team, training team members＇ comprehensive quality, to ensure effective operation of the incentive mechanism for a teacher team. |
