| 摘 要： | 目的：从阔叶十大功劳中提取抗氧化成分总黄酮,并对其含量进行测定.方法：依据文献报道的索氏提取法、超声波法及微波法提取阔叶十大功劳叶、花中总黄酮,采用NaNO2-Al（NO3）-NaOH 显色体系的510nm分光光度法测定提取物中总黄酮.结果：微波处理法具有提取速度快、提取率高、方法重现性好的特点.以微波法提取阔叶十大功劳叶、花中总黄酮含量分别为2.182%、8.155%.

| Abstract: | Objective:The methods of flavonoids extracting from Mahonia bealei(fort.) can were compared and it's content were studied in this paper.Method:The flavonoids in the flowers and leaves were extracted from Mahonia bealei(fort.) carr by solex method,supersound method and microwave method reported in documents,and the content of the flavonoids was determined by NaNO_2-Al(NO_3)-NaOH Coloration system under 510nm.Results:By comparison,the microwave extraction has three advantages short time,high rate and well repetition.The content of the flavonoids in the Mahonia bealei(fort.) carr leaves and flowers by microwave extraction was 2.180% and 8.155%. |
