食品加工技术专业校企合作模式的实践与探索

摘    要:工学结合是高职教育人才培养模式的显著特征,也是高职教育的核心理念.而校企合作是工学结合的重要前提.探索和实践校企合作、工学结合的人才培养模式是新时期高职院校改革创新的重中之重.商丘职业技术学院食品加工技术专业,在示范院校建设中就如何加强校企合作,进一步改革和创新工学结合人才培养模式进行了探讨.

Abstract:Learning in working is a significant feature of the core concept of vocational education,and school-enterprise cooperation is a necessary prerequisite for combining work with study.To explore and practise the cooperation with enterprises,engineering personnel training mode is a combination of vocational and technical college's most important innovation.In this paper,food processing Shangqiu Vocational and Technical College of the actual situation technical expertise to strengthen cooperation with enterprises,further reform and innovation combined with engineering training mode is discussed.
