| 摘 要： | “两环开放带动战略”是河北省经济发展的主体战略,要保证“两环开放带动”战略全面启动,必须寻 找实施“两环开放带动”战略的最佳契合点和支撑点。石家庄地理位置重要,在“两环”经济带中处于战略要冲,其 经济发展水平将在很大程度上影响河北经济再发展的质量,在“两环开放带动”战略中有重要的地位。

| Abstract: | The strategy of"promotion by opening two surrounding areas"is the main part in the development of economy in Hebei Province. We must seek the best point of agreement and strong point to guarantee the overall start of the strategy. Shijiazhuang, which holds a significant geographical position, is of great strategic point in the economic regions of "the two surrounding areas". Its developing level of economy will to a great extent impair the quality of the economic redevelopment in Hebei, thus finding itself in an important status in the strategy of "promotion by opening two surrounding areas". |
