摘    要:对萌动的半冬性小麦种子置于光照培养箱中进行不同天数的低温处理,研究不同低温春化处理条件对小麦幼苗生长的影响.结果表明:低温条件下,种子萌发后的幼苗生长缓慢,在0~35d范围内,随着低温处理天数的增加,幼苗株高和胚芽鞘长度呈降低趋势,根长呈增加趋势;方差分析表明,春化处理和未经春化处理的幼苗苗高存在极显著差异,在根长和胚芽鞘长度之间差异不显著;移栽后的幼苗在一个月内均成活,成活率在各处理之间差异不显著.由此推测,低温春化处理对苗高的影响大于对根长和胚芽鞘长度的影响,适当天数的低温春化处理有利于小麦幼苗成活与生长.

Abstract:The germinating seeds of semi-winter wheat were treated in the intelligent incubator at 4℃. The influence of low-temperature treatment in different days on seedlings growth of wheat was researched. The results were showed that: the seedlings grew slowly under low temperature condition;, seedlings height and coleoptile length was reduced while root length was increased with the increase of days of low temperature treatment within 0 - 35d; the results of analysis of variance were verified that: there was highly significant difference between vernalization and without vernalization in seedling height; coleoptile length and root length were no significant difference among treatments; after transplanting the seedlings survived in treatments. It was surmised that the effects on by low-temperature treatment; it is conducive vernalization treatment. a month; the survival rate of the difference was not significant among seedling height is greater than the effects on the coleoptile and root length to the survival and growth of Wheat Seedlings after appropriate days of
