| 摘 要： | 通过文献资料、专家访谈及问卷调查等方法,对吉林省高校运动训练专业大学生就业情况进行调查,主要包括就业率、就业领域、就业待遇、考虑因素及就业渠道等方面,进而分析吉林省高校运动训练专业大学生就业的影响因素,并从学校改革的视角提出相应的对策和建议。

| Abstract: | As higher education keeps the rapid development, the imbalance between the number of graduates and the gloomy job market is upgrading, which means that the graduates who hold Sports Training degrees from colleges and universities will confront a more severe employment environment. Based on the analysis of the Sports Training majors in Jilin province, the paper proposes several strategies for training and reforming of teaching methods. |
