| 摘 要： | 大学生新生适应性教育对于引导学生顺利实现从中学向大学的转型，具有重要的意义。要教育引导他们正确评价自我，建立自信心、树立新目标，尽快适应大学学习和生活，规划好自己的学习时间、注重能力和创新意识的培养，建立良好的人际关系，提高生活自理能力，以便顺利度过大学的美好时光。

| Abstract: | The adaptability education is very important to the new college students, because it is the critical period for the new college students from the middle school to college. During this period, we should not only lead them to evaluate themselves correctly, rebuild their serf-confidence and establish their new goals, but also guide them to grasp the way to adapt to their studies and life at college, plan their learning time, develop their creative consciousness, build up good personal relations and raise their serf-control ability, so that they can successfully spend their good years in the college. |
