摘    要:随着全球经济一体化趋势和电子商务的高速发展,物流配送业正逐渐成为物流的一个重要环节。在中国,电子商务正随着我国加入WTO后迅猛发展起来,而相应的物流配送却发展缓慢,传统的储运业已不能适应现代物流配送的需要,配送中心建设不成熟完善,物流信息网络技术程度较低,导致传统的物流方式不能适应电子商务的发展要求。而发达国家如美国、日本的电子商务起步较早,物流业已形成和发展先进的配送体系,他们的成功经验值得我们学习。针对我国物流配送现状不足进行分析,在借鉴发达国家物流配送经验的基础上提出发展中国特色的物流配送的几点策略。

Abstract:With the top-speed development of the trend of integrated economy and electronics trade on the whole world, the trade of ration of mobile materials is forming an important link of mobile materials. In China, the electronics trade is being developed rapidly after entering WTO. but the ration of mobile materials is developed slowly. The traditional trade for store-transportation hasn't suited needs of the ration of mobile materials in mod- ern times. Construction of ration center isn't perfect and mature, too. The technic level of information network of mobile materials isn't higher. These lead to that the traditional way of mobile materials can't suit needs of devel- oping electronics trade. The electronics trade in developed countries, for example A-merica and Japanl, develops earlier, so that their trade of mobile materials has formed and developed advanced ration system. Their successful experience is worth studying. From the angle to combine theory with practice, the thesis analyses that the present situation about ration of mobile materials isn' t enough and puts forward some strategy to develop the ration of mo- bile materials with distinctive Chinese features on the basis of consulting the experience of developed countries.
