| Abstract: | This paper explores the successful experience of the Open University of the UK in characteristics of courses, system of teacher marking assignments and exams,test systems,learning methods, learning support services. It also raises the point of view that when the distance education is developing on a scale, we should stick to real opening, provide support service to open leaning with modern educational technology and stress the quality assurance of teaching. |
