| 摘 要： | 社会的发展,呼唤优质的基础教育,要求建立专业化的教师队伍。实现教师的专业化,既需要教师本人的自我发展,也需要学校提供教师专业发展的平台,立足校本,促进教师的专业化发展。本文结合实际对促进教师专业化发展进行了系统论述,以此更好的推动中小学教师的专业化发展。
