| 摘 要： | 举世瞩目的东京奥运会降下帷幕,中国体育代表团收获38金32银18铜载誉归来。中国奥运健儿在世界舞台为国家争光,在赛场拼搏为奥运增辉,生动展示奥运冠军形象,充分彰显了奥运冠军精神。深度探究奥运冠军精神的内涵与时代启示对于弘扬奥运冠军精神,推动文化强国建设具有重要意义。奥运冠军精神凝聚一流运动员的竞技能力和竞技品格,彰显各民族共有的精神信仰与理想追求。本研究采用内容分析法、访谈法,对251名奥运冠军成长、成才的精神特征与成长规律进行分析。奥运冠军精神是培育体育精英人才的精神保障,是奥运赛场的灵魂和重要的文化遗产,在实践中不断丰富发展为人们敬仰和共同追求的精神力量。奥运冠军精神的内涵从个体、组织、社会三个层面凝练为“挑战极限、使命在肩,爱国奉献、团结拼搏,创新争先、奋斗有我”的精神。奥运冠军精神具有历史性与时代性,新时代奥运冠军精神在发展理念、冠军特征、精神广度、价值内涵四方面均表现出“新”特色。新时代大力弘扬与发展奥运冠军精神,反哺助力奥运备战,为体育强国建设与国家现代化发展注入强劲文化力量。

| Abstract: | The Tokyo Olympics has just come to an end,and the Chinese delegation reaped 38 gold medals,32 silvers and 18 bronzes and returned with hon?ors.Chinese Olympic athletes won glory for the country on the world stage,fight in the arena to add glory to the Olympics,interpreted vividly the image of the Olympic champion,demonstrated fully the spirit of Olympic champions.In-depth exploration of the connotation and enlightenment of the Olympic champion spirit is of great significance for carrying forward the Olympic champion spirit and promoting the construction of a cultural power.The Olympic champion spirit embodies the competitive ability and competitive character of first-class athletes,which also demonstrates the spiritual beliefs and ideal pursuits shared by all nations.This research used content analysis and interview to analyze the spiritual characteristics and growth regulations of the growth of 251 Olympic champi?on players.The Olympic champion spirit is not only the spiritual guarantee for cultivating sports talents,but also the symbol of the Olympic stadium and an im?portant cultural heritage.It is a spiritual power to be continuously enriched and developed in practice,which is admired and pursued by people.It is also in line with the New Era,and also the demand of ethical spirit has evolved into a universal public spirit.The connotation of the Olympic champion spirit can be condensed into several spirits from the three levels including individual,organization,and society,which is the“challenge to the limit,mission on the shoul?der,patriotic dedication,unity and hard work,innovation and striving for the first place,and struggle with me”.The spirit of the Olympic champion is diachron?ic and epochal.The spirit of the Olympic champion in the New Era shows new characteristics from the perspective of development concept,champion charac?teristics,spiritual breadth,and value connotation.The New Era vigorously promotes and develops the spirit of Olympic champions,which can feed back and help prepare for the Olympics,and inject strong cultural power into the building of a sports power and the development of national modernization. |
