| 摘 要： | 研究目的]探究弹幕用户信息表达及其深层的行为动因,以期优化视频网站平台监管系统、提高用户服务质量。研究方法]以信号理论为基础,提出不同因素通过信号传递意愿对弹幕用户信息表达产生影响,并构建概念模型,提出相关假设。通过收集问卷数据并进行实证与分析,运用回归方程量化影响程度,验证所构建的模型。研究结论]研究表明情感信号传递意愿受用户情绪、用户性格等因素的正向影响;信息信号传递意愿受外界压力和视频种类的正向影响;并验证了两种信号传递意愿对弹幕用户信息表达的正向影响作用,且年龄在其影响作用中发挥调节作用。最后,根据研究结论提供了具有理论和实践意义的探讨。

| Abstract: | Research purpose]The information expression of danmaku users and their deep behavioral motivation are discussed,in order to optimize the video website platform supervision system and improve the user quality of service.Research method]Based on the signal theory,this paper proposes that different factors have impacts on the information expression of danmaku users through signaling willings,constructs a conceptual model,and puts forward relevant hypotheses.Through the collection of questionnaire data and empirical analysis,the built model is verified after the factors affection determining by the regression equation.Research conclusion]User emotion,user personality,and other factors have significant positive influence on emotional signaling willing;external pressure and video content have significant positive influence on information signaling willing;the positive influences of both emotional signaling willing and information signaling willing on the information expression of danmaku users are proved,in which age acts as a modulator.At last,this paper has provided a discussion of theoretical and practical significance on the basis of the study conclusion. |
