情报产品语境研究

摘    要:研究目的]语境是情报产品的基本要素。根据语境的规律特征来编写情报产品,可以提高情报交流的成效。研究方法]借鉴语言学语境研究的理论方法,探讨情报产品语境研究的可行性、必要性,以及情报产品中语境的作用及语境的构建。研究结论]情报编写具有情报交流的功能及语言交际的特性,因而语境是情报编写研究的重要内容。应该充分发挥语境的制约、解释和引导等方面的功能,确保情报产品准确表达与理解。编写者是语境构建的主体,应该积极主动促成编写者表达语境和读者/用户接受语境的交汇融合。

Abstract:Research purpose]Context is the basic element of intelligence products.Writing intelligence products according to the laws and features of context can improve the effectiveness of information communication.Research method]This paper discusses the feasibility and necessity of context research,the role and construction of context in intelligence products by referring to the context theory and method in linguistics.Research conclusion]Intelligence writing has the function of information communication and the characteristics of language communication,so context is an important content in the study of intelligence writing.We should give full play to the restriction,interpretation and guidance of context,so as to ensure the accurate expression and understanding of intelligence products.As the main body of context construction,the writer should actively promote the convergence and fusion of the expressive context of writer and the receiving context of readers/users.
