| 摘 要： | 为了探讨运动对中枢神经系统细胞功能的影响,对SD大鼠急性力竭运动后中枢神经系统细胞凋亡的数量进行了检测,结果发现急性力竭运动后中枢神经系统细胞凋亡数量显著增加,力竭运动强度增加凋亡细胞数量增加,且均为神经胶质细胞。表明急性力竭运动可能对中枢神经系统细胞功能有不良影响。 |

| Abstract: | To discuss the effect of exercise on the cell function of CNS,the percentage of apoptosis in CNS was detected after exhaustion exercise.The results showed that the percentage of apoptotic cells in CNS increased significantly and the higher of the exercise-intensity the higher of the percentage of the apoptotic cells,and that the apoptotic cells were all neuroglials.It was concluded that the exhaustion exercise could harm the cell function of CNS. |
