菲律宾教育机制探析

摘    要:社会和就业市场的认可程度是衡量教育质量的一个新标准。菲律宾在办学理念上重视培养公民的社会良知和合作精神,养成未来公民的服务意识;在办学实践上努力整合政府、社区、学校、家庭和个人的力量,培育未来公民的服务能力,这种做法得到就业市场的广泛认可。国际社会公认菲律宾的熟练工人、专业人士和高级管理者具有相当高的胜任力。

Abstract:The recognition of the community and employment market credit the quality education of China at present.The mechanism of Philippine's education cares about social responsibilities and cooperative teamwork to facilitate their service qualification and its implementation integrates the efforts of central and local governments,communities,institutions,parents and individuals with related resources and advantages that meet their needs for survival,growth and innovation.This paper proposes hereby that China's educational mechanism should train students to be flexible,productive personnel with proper career development and to be able to contribute the harmony development of China's society.
