| 摘 要： | 公益性是高等教育的基本属性,也是民办高等教育的基本属性。增强、深化教育的公益性是所有从教育中收益的群体的共同责任。本文在阐释教育的公益性及高等教育公益性的内涵的基础之上,论述了民办高校单方面地解决办学经费,引发了多种问题,不利于民办高校公益性的最大化。强化民办高校的公益性,政府需要发挥主导作用。
