白肋烟(TN90)成熟期若干生理生化特性研究

摘    要:随烟叶成熟进程推进,可溶性总糖、还原糖、淀粉、可溶性蛋白、总酚、类黄酮含量、多酚氧化酶(PPO)活性及比叶重增加,过熟时稍有回落,峰值下、中、上各部位分别在封顶后第三、四、五周,正置其适熟期,且各时期的值是上部叶>中部叶>下部叶;而硝酸还原酶(NR)活性、总游离氨基酸含量则呈下降趋势,但其值仍随叶位升高而增加;chla、chlb、CTk下降,但降幅是chla>chlb>CTk,致使chla/chlb、chl/CTk比值减小;丙二醛含量一直上升,但随叶位升高而略有减少;脯氨酸含量缓慢上升,适熟后回落,过熟时特低;过氧化物酶(POD)活性升高,第四、五周时达峰值,然后回落,以上生理生化变化与白肋烟的生长发育吻合,证实在当地生态环境和栽培措施下,TN90上、中、下各叶位适宜成熟期分别为封顶后三、四、五周,兼顾三部位,砍株晾制四周砍收,可获最佳品质.这为诊断白肋烟成熟及适时砍收提供了技术参数和理论依据.

Abstract:With the leaves getting mature, the contain of the dissolubility total sugar, restored sugar, starch, dissolubility protein, total phenols, flavonoid, PPO activity and the weight of the leaf at 1cm2 increased. But past - mature reduced slightly. The peak value of the low, middle and upper location leaf were expressed the third, fourth and fifth week after top - cut respectively, and upper leaf > middle leaf > lower leaf during suitable mature. NR activity and the contain of total free Amino acids descent, but their value still went up when the leaf s location increased. Chla, chlb and CTk descent, and chla > chlb > CTk so that the value of chla/chlb and chl/CTk reduced. C - 2 - Qing contain always rose during mature and reduced with the leaf's location going up. Pro rose and began to reduce at mature period. POD activity went up and reached the peak value at the fourth and fifth week, then returned low. And developments in physiology and biochemistry coinsided with growth of hurley tobacco. It was indcatied that the appropriate mature period of low, imddle and upper leaf were the third, fourth and fifth week after top - cut respectively. Synthetically thought of the three locatcion leaf, the rational period of cutting tobacco plant was the fourth week after top - cut.
